Here we have the "Legend's Lament" a name which carries layers of meaning, especially for a character with a past as complex as Baylan Skoll, played by the late, Ray Stevenson. This saber was used in the famous historical records from around 10ABY when galaxies were traversed for the first time in thousands of years. 
 
Legend: The word suggests that Baylan Skoll was once held in great regard, perhaps a renowned Jedi Knight or even a Master - either way - an influential figure in the galaxy. His skills, wisdom, or perhaps his unique perspective, made him the stuff of tales told to young Jedi or even across different planets.
Lament: This term implies a sense of sorrow, regret, or mourning. For a fallen Jedi, this could symbolize the internal turmoil, the anguish over choices made, or the pain of losses suffered. The 'lament' might also represent mourning of lost innocence, ideals, or comrades.
